The Sheeder-Hall Covered Bridge was built in 1850 and is the oldest standing covered bridge in Chester County.   It is located on Hollow Road, north of French Creek Rd. (N 40 08.86  W 75 37.24). This structure has two spans and is a 100-foot-long (30 m), Burr Truss style bridge.  It crosses the French Creek just downstream of its confluence with Birch Run.
The bridge was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
